Hi, My LPP is marked as completed as of March 10. I am travelling in 2 months so I emailed the Mississauga office to ask about the oath and they told me my application is still in progress and is not ready for the ceremony. Just curious about what this means.

Are there additional checks after LPP is completed?

That is strange..maybe give a call to IRCC call centre to ask in detail.

They actually emailed me back saying I am in the queue for the ceremony but there are significant delays in scheduling so I should expect to get the email in 12 weeks.

I just called IRCC. The agent told me that she can see two dates somehow. March 22nd and April 5th. She sent an email to the office to clarify which date is the actual one.

Same. I just called again and got the same response. I think most likely the real date is April 5. March 22 was too soon to be true haha.

I haven't had the email with all the details yet - but I think I've been with Scarborough office throughout.

Also according to https://secure.cic.gc.ca/CeremonySearch/search-recherche-eng.aspx, it seems like the April 5th ceremony in Mississauga is in-person. So at least that would have the advantage of being able to receive the certificate on the spot.

hi i gave my test Feb 16 waiting on LPP its been a month now i submitted April 4 Aor April 23 Bg completed Nov4 i guess its a waiting game
