Hello, I can't link my app to gckey as I have representative with my app and they would link my app.
As far as gckey update is concerned putting the correct details like app number, my UCI, PA UCI but still unable to find update.

i have the same issue cant link the app , did u got any solution ??

Im not exactly sure of they will return your application for just that. I would send new ones and include a letter explaining why Im sending them.

it is mentioned in the guide that they won't return application due to photographs.

Nothing after that.

Crosscheck your email address that you gave.
Send a webform to update the email address just in case.

My application received on April 12th 2021,
I finished my biometrics 15th August & medical 21st September still no response my file processing , my husband sent an email to MP ask to immigration my sponsoring processing..
They sent an email through the MP

• The eligibility assessment for the applicant is in process at the Canadian visa office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
• The medical examination results is valid
• The criminality verifications passed
• The Security Verifications have not been initiated

I'm worry about how long does it take security verifications??
Please help to anyone know this situation

All perfectly normal. Expect it to take up to a year from the time of your application.
