My wife completed her test on May 5th and was asked to provide the scanned copy of passport last week from Scarborough office. Background check and test shows completed and everything else as pending in Tracker. We are planning to move to Mississauga next month which is a different case processing office. What is the best way to avoid any delays in processing?
1. Change address as soon as we move.
2. Change address once all checks shows as completed in tracker (DM)
3. Don't change the address at all and get mail forwarding the new address to receive the certificate

Congratulations! Some hope for me as my application is also being processed in Hamilton office (24th April received, 5th November AOR, 17th December In process, Background check completed 11th February).

I got a test to invite on June 28th. My time frame to take the test is July 5th to the 25th. I live in Etobicoke, but my case is being processed to the Mississauga office and not the Etobicoke office.

On the new status website, only my background check is complete, everything else says pending. My background check was completed on June 14th

Do you know the date your background check started? GCMS note includes it

I don't know when. It doesn't give me information about when it started

My wife just renewd/Issue her passport ( original citizenship) as the previous one is expired, does she need to update her info or email them that she has new paasport being issued after submitting the application.

My fingerprints were received on July 1 and processed July 2. On the same day my background verification was marked as complete.

Grateful to whomever was working my case over Canada Day.

It may take up to 10days but mostly it will be quick. I did my test on June 29 and status updated to complete on July 2. Hope Status will change for you soon.
