AORs come from "DO NOT REPLY" mail IDs. Any e-mails sent to you by IRCC will end in “@cic.gc.ca” or “@international.gc.ca" It can go to spam folder too, so suggest checking there as well.

You can also login and check using your UCI to see if AOR has been issued to you.

Pretty much right away. Payment made April 2, payment cleared April 6.
