Thank you for your reply! I have two quick questions.

1- Do you think this address change will impact the processing time of my application?
2- If we have let them know we prefer email, does IRCC send us anything by mail? Or is it fully electronic if we select email?

1. I dont see any impact. They are sending the application to nearest cic processing center based on home address. So changing mailing address will not have any impact.
2. Pre-pandemic examples: We have seen many candidates received letters for aor/test/oath even when they mentioned email in their applications. Post-pandemic: We have not seen letters for AOR yet. So its up to you if you want to take chances. For sure you need to change it before citizenship certificate is mailed(even at that time people are asking the same question if it would impact - no one can answer if it would impact as we have no idea on cic's processes)

Hi, yes I am still waiting . My application was delivered on April 3rd. Hopefully will get AOR this week .

You are right. You would get certificate if you attend the ceremony in-person. Currently during virtual oath, they are mailing after few days.

It varies. My brother submitted his application two weeks after I did and he got his AOR last week and I got mine this morning.
