Will they send us an email that our files are being transferred to PA’s VO, or does something occur on ECAS?

I received medical request message today for my spouse, but may I know where can I find the SA letter or message? I couldn't find it. Please help.

Question-was your medical already completed and submitted before you got your SA?
Also, did the SA come to the Spouse email or the Applicant email?

Got my medical request yesterday (Friday). Hoping to complete it early next week. Does anyone know if the medical is reviewed before the spouse is approved? Or does it all get sent to the VO for review and approval?

No it was not.
App received 04/04/18

Medical Request May 14
SA May 18
Waiting on email stating that file is being transferred, to PAs VO
The email can to me, the sponsor.

It should come a few days or week later.
My husband received medical request on May 14 and I got the SA approval on May 18.
