I had sent some additional documents to IRCC though the web mail. I got a reply from them that they have received the documents and forwarded the same to London VO. They also said that if I needed to update any information, I should write to the London VO directly as my file is being processed there. This is how I came to know about my VO.

Was your original application submission a paper based one or an electronic submission ?

March 2018 AORs week March 12 to 16 have started getting PPR. So in next couple of weeks the status for April AORs should show some movement and hopefully by June we should be getting PPR mails.

Just that some people do not update status in the immitracker regularly otherwise it would have benefited us all in understanding the trends.

Wow i just saw an Algerian on facebook who got his PPR on 45 days.

AOR : 31 March
IP1 : 07 April
IP2 : 07 May
PPR : 14 May

it give me hope that maybe we are not very far. fingers crossed and hope we are the next one
