You are absolutely correct. I also have noticed Indians & Pakistanis workin in the Middle East with Visa Office of Abu Dhabi get things rolling faster & receive PPR in approx 45 days.

I don't think that this is correct, ADVO takes more time for processing. You may have the usual cases about 1 out 20 people getting there process dont fast than the others but in my opinion can be generalized.

I remember in Mid-2016, Work Permit processing time through ADVO was 39 weeks where as the same from NDVO was 10 weeks. Currently it is 22 weeks (ADVO) vs 9 weeks (NDVO).

ADVO takes less time. If I can get ADVO & they process within 79 days, I'd be a very happy person London VO is really slow. Ottawa is fine too.

London VO is a blackhole. I have heard only terrible things about it. Once an application goes there it rarely comes back with a PPR, but more often is sent into SS. God save us from London VO!

i pray that your estimation is right but judging by how they are still struggling with January and February AOR, we could consider ourselves lucky if we have our PPR in 60 days or even 80 days.
