Sandy Bhaji, I differ to this....Full docs submitted to NDVO upto August 2010 are getting changes in E-CAS since I am also April 2010 appliant but no change in E-CAS.
when calculating points for experience, are they considering only the experience gained in the noc I applied? I have 15 years of experience but have only 2 years of experience in the noc I applied. Will I gain points only for the 2 years?
Last week, a couple of Aug 2010( Having full docs submitted in the month) applicants got changes in their ecases. But,this week has not ,thus far, shown any change.DOES THIS INDICATE the slowing down of the process,once agian.
Rejection letters have REPORTEDLY started emenating FROM DIFFERENT VOS.,particularly in cases which showed DM after IP.Sir, I have sent u PM. I am sure u must have gone through it.
I did my medical 2 weeks before and my VO is Colombo, Sri Lanka. Currently I am residing in abroad and I can't travel to Sri Lanka immediately as my visa ext for the present residence country is in progress. As per the std process next step would be in my FSW application might be interview request/ PP request. How can I react if either of the request made by VO?
Can anyone please advise me on the action I need to take at this moment?

I was to share today's update from my consultant apologies for delay : There is some movement for applications with full docs acknowledged by NDVO in Sept 2010. They are asking clarifications, additional documents from some applicants & Telephonic interviews are also being conducted.
Since your 2nd AOR is Sept 2010, so be alert & ready ... for Affirmative & successful processing I wish success to you and all Applicants.
I really wish and pray for all the forum members who have put in so much of hard work and made to struggle for about two yrs.It has been painstaking and torturous wait which has started taxing on us.
I appreciate for the experience nd information u share.I am sure ur good work will pay off some day.I wish u a very bright future.
I said most not everybody , it depends on the luck as well, one of the guy Atul submitted application to CIO in June 2010 got MR, so there is a part of luck involve in it as well

Yes Sandy Saab, in routine it is going on for applicants with NDVO AOR in August 2010 & queries are coming for Sept 2010 NDVO AOR also. Yesterday I had a talk with my consultant & i was informed that they are getting aditional docs requests & telephonic interviews for applicants who had their 2nd AoR in Sept 2010.
Still almost 15 - 20 days back they got MR for a 38 NOC list who was having his 2nd AoR in Feb 2011. So exceptions are there but my point is that CHC is working w.r.t. 2nd AoR. Forum Member "Atul" is another such example.
