Hi No real need for insurance, send it thru Bluedart or DHL..

But I am sending from Oman to India will it be safe and how New Delhi office sends back and how long will they take, pls guide.

Hi I received mail from NDVO to to medicals and to submit original PP, PPC and POF. I just want to know is it safe to send original passport and how long will they take to return passport, some people say to take insurance for passport, did anyone do like that,
Please clarify

I have read in many topics that sending Indian Passport through courier is illegal under passport act, also most courier companies do not take passport.
Please check with the courier company first.

hi dear members,
i am in the same situation . the only compan which does that is DHL. the only way they will send it is you have to directly adress it to the embassy in NEw Delhi. It can be done between two embassy from one country to another. and from an individual to an embassy. on the way back it will be sent to your local address in india. it has to be got back by someone who is coming back to your country of residence. hope this helps.

One more query regarding to Update docs, I have been requested as following docs to send:

(Please declare personal history and addresses since the age of 18 without any gaps in dates) (what abt this text? is it to be filled on 5669E form or some thing else?)
1. New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.
2. Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]
3. Supplementary Information - Your travels [IMM 5562]
4. New Additional Family Information Form IMM5406 for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.(I have no more family size extended in 3 years, should i send same as last time sent or I should not? )

please help.

I didnt get 2 AOR , as per Caips report...they issued 2nd Aor on 08-02-2011,....

its means MR takes time ...cauz now days December AOR people getting there MR.

18 months waiting letter

Hi guys,

Today,I got 18 months waiting letter( along with instructions to submit the the documents again-schedule 1,additional family backgrounds,military .......etc with in 60 days).

I need a suggestion from you guys. Actually,I am planning to move back ( India) end of this month.

Do I need to send the requested documents ( literally whole application package which I sent before) to London visa office Or Can I send a request letter to transfer my file to New Delhi without those documents ?

[size=10pt]HEARTY CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THOSE WHO GOT THEIR MEDICALS[/size]

NDVO is clearing off all the cases very swiftly and the pattern is visible very clearly - they are sending the medicals based on the 2nd AOR for pre-june cases. In that order everyone is getting the medicals so all those that are waiting can breath a sigh of relief as they can expect their medicals very soon.

Also, be ready with all the documentation required, the moment you get the medicals rush to the nearest authorised medical test center and book your slot as most places have a wait period of min. 2 weeks, like for us. This will only put you in the back burner of the post-medicals queue.

Also, keep checking your emails properly. Carefully also check the spam/junk mails too. Please note that the email for Medicals comes from:
re-delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca <re-delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca> ID followed by another email from:
Do Not Reply - Ne Pas Repondre <Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca> within the next 1-2 days max (though for some of them it has never come).
This second email is actually a separate email for each applicant of the family and has the instructions for medical tests.

We have to send passports within next 45 days.
Inshallah we will travel in August 2013
