After more than two years Now the status changes to IN PROCESS

We received your application for permanent residence on May 3, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 28, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 31, 2012.

Keep My Fingers crossed. Please those in know advice with the current trend what would be the time lines from now on, I mean if all goes well than how much time for medical etc etc.

It depends, because I have been waiting for more then a month after my status got in process and I have found lot of other applicants waiting more then 3 month after their status changed to In Process.

everyone is hoping they get medicals soon. but there are applicants who got REVIEW DATE in jan 2012 and they are still waiting for medicals. don't know what CHC ND is upto.
wish you a quick processing.

Ur preception is absolutely correct.Ecas does not reflect exact status of the application.CAIPS NOTES obtained by the applicants substantiate as to how inconsistent it really is.CSQ lodged by the applicant to his/her respective VO does not help him/her, either.What he/she gets IN TURN is a stereotype response,whch may not necessarily be CASE SPECIFIC.It is adding to our woes,I reckon.

Any ways,we have been tormented for two long years nd GOD willing,most of us may see the light of the day,hopefully soon.

kit means every form which embassy provided to fill related to your file...........one more thing.....you have to submit form when you are ask to do so...........due date is 29-06-12 which means the officer have to send you form on or before this date.....29-06-12 is date for sub officer given by main visa officer to send you a letter regarding form......


i have same thing in my GCMS but my medical due date is too long.....in 2013......

what is in your note in gcms???

Address re-appeared with the same In-Process status

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 2, 2012 to ***(My residential address @ hyderbad )***. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 26, 2012.

Haven't recvd any email or mail from them so far, is it wise to send them a CSI knowing i would get back the same old automated response...

There is no BFD s or dates for medical in my GCMS. Actually I thought 29-06-12 is my deadline to submit forms. Tanks for sharing your conclusion, regards, Nicky

hi Everyone, i just recieved my GCMS notes today and it follows.

they awarded me 74 points for eligibility criteria.
Seldec - 1
PSDEC - 1
CDEC - 1

on the first page metioned MI1 - RFV Documents pending

Notes:
Date - xx/xx/12 that is when my file went into processing
on the last page mentioned ECU - pl request following PPTs*2 current, expired PPts , MEDS * 2, RPRF * 2,
PA has obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that he/she will be able to become economically established in canada. I am satisfied the points awarded to the PA adequately reflects the applicants ability to settle in canada. / CRIM Passed indian pcc certrec'd for PA and Spouse. USA pcc recieved for PA no adverse canada Pcc recieved for PA - no adverse Foreign Travel = canada and usa, copies of PPt pages reviewed = no concerns personal history reviewed = no concerns.

Date - xx/xx/12
Preperation review complete Foss check done processing fee paid for all IELTS on file. Verified online. Photo on TRF idntical work experience: Documents appear genuine ducation: Documents appear Genuine civil Documents on file - appear genuine photos on file - Compliant pending - Medicals -RPRF - /Crim - Original PPts.

on the Medicals due date is for early 2013.

Seniors please help this wait is killing me please advice so as to i can get a better understanding of whats going on with my file.
