I have seen CHC London one of the most fair offices when it comes to processing the applications.
They have been refusing quite a few Pakistani guys recently but apart from that their record is good.

Good luck guys.

This will allow us to move to a just-in-time system, a working inventory in our skilled worker system, where in about 18 months, so by 2014, we will be admitting people who apply within months.

He said, within months.
2 months= months
64 months = months.

Funny statement indeed.

I think yhe e cas status "We reviewed your file and sent you a letter on 27th Feb 2012" is nothing but a flop, since nobody has reported the reception of such a letter even after 48 days.

there are many applicants who receieved updated documents list or medical forms after the addition of this line ,
but unfortunately i did not get anything so far.

Does This Imply that

1) The documents are being verified (Kind of a Background check is In Process)

2) Why is ECU Instructed to ask for X X X docs

3) Is there is Still scope of rejection

4) If Not ECU Then who Issues Medicals

5) Whats The Relevance of BFD in this scenario is Just a reminder date Nothing more

Please Enlighten us

jamy,

Consider yourself lucky that this line has not been added

A Decision has been made. Officer will contact you.

In PRocess for a long time is a positive sign if you compare it with short term and then a Decision Made status..

Nicky, 1 such applicant heard "not so pleasing news" from NDVO. Her letter sent & IP date was 28-March-2012

just to correct you that MI 4 was already released last year, this year it should be MI 5

The good thing about CIC, one applicant can file multleple applications .
please do try if provided your NOC is in the new MI5 list.
