Applying visitor visa for parents, slight name mismatch

Hi All,
I am PR in Canada and I am planning to apply for visitor visa for my parents from India as soon as the borders are open. There is a minor mismatch in name of my father in my passport and his passport
In my passport, school certificates and all immigration documents his name is written: Sreenivasan Pillai
In his passport, school certificates and all ID documents his name is written: Sreenivasan Pilley

In our native language both will be written with same alphabets. I am wondering whether this will cause any problem for his visa or mine in the future ? Should I do any additional steps in the application

All you can do about is to raise a webform with letter of explanation.
