Hello Fellows,

I hold a Canadian PR and now, I want to apply for Visitor Visa of my Parents.

My Father's name on his passport and other documents has a spelling difference than my passport

On His passport his name is spelled: Sreenivasan Pillay

On My passport his name is spelled: Sreenivasan Pillai

He has got a "One and the same" Affidavit from the local government stating both names belong to the same person. I am planning to attach this with the application

He has never used the name "Sreenivasan Pillai" on any other documents other than on my passport which is the only document I have to prove the relationship.

So, while filling form imm5257e for my father, it asks for "Have you used any other Name", should I go with NO ?
