Applying Passport after receiving the oath certificate

Does anyone know or have experience in getting the passport after receiving the oath? especially in Vancouver area recently?

Which way is faster? In person at a Service Canada Location or by mail？

In-person applications are not available for everyone. If you are not traveling in the next 25 business days with a proof, they will probably ask you to mail your application
