hi all
I know I asked already about getting my TVR while waiting for PR and people said I wont get it...but I got an idea now since I havent send my application for PR yet (Im being sponsored by Canadian husband) maybe I could apply for the TVR before sending my applycation to have more chances to get it.
We will be applying outland, Im currently in Mexico and can´t stand all the waiting and being apart
Thats not true that u wont get a trv my friend applied being married got turned down first time, then they applied again and reworded the invite letter and got the visa. Applied a third time got turned down but the reason was they were close to finalizing his the application for PR. Just because u are not married wont change things much unless you lie and dont tell that you are not a couple and even still may not work. My friend who is a immigration consultant says its key in how you word the invite letter to convince them that your partner will return.
