Applying for Supervisa from outside Canada and then coming back to Canada

Hi All,

So my mother is in India right now and she holds a valid Visitor visa to Canada. I applied for her Supervisa and recently got Biometric request. But all the VFS centres are closed in India right now.
My question is can my mom come back to canada while her supervisa application is still not approved?

if she has a valid visa (TRV) then she can come. I'm not sure once her supervisa is approved what the next steps are

Yes she has a valid visitor visa. Her application for Supervisa is in progress pending Biometrics. She already got letter biometric enrolment. In this case if she comes to Canada, will her application for super-visa be processed?

I am in the same situation. My mother has done her biometrics for her visitor visa 2 years back and I am not sure why it's not showing up in the Biometrics status tracker.
