im trying to apply for coop work permit but after eligibility check it asks me to attach medical exam result with my application, i had got medical done when i had applied for study permit so its been just 1 month since i landed in canada.. why do i need it now. ? or am i doing something wrong ?

no u r doing everything correct.... medical exam u gave during study permit application is valid for 1 yr. So u need to give its xerox copy or if u dont have it then state the uci no. saying u didnt made any further copy of it. Or else give a medical test again...

You don't need to take medical test. your medical report is good to apply for co-op work permit. You can attach the same medical result with your application.

thnx for the reply Lucifer, actually i had paper based application so the results were sent directly by medical center to embassy. i have no record for that how can i mention just the UCI ? becoz attaching a medical letter with coop application is necessary .. it won't let me complete the application without medical form/report.

My friend has got co-op work permit without medical report. You have to select some option which will let you proceed without uploading medical report.
