Did I get coop work permit by mistake?

I got my student visa + student permit in September 2021 for my BBA program without coop. But they issued me a coop work permit

I’m 100% sure I didn’t accidentally write in my visa applications that I’m doing a coop program, as I was rejected once before and hence I proofread my application multiple times

I just want to know if this is a mistake and if it is, will I get into trouble? Also, does this mean I can do coop jobs?

If you got one, not an issue. No, you can’t do coop just unless part of your program’s curriculum and needed to graduate.
