Hello everyone,
I'm currently using spousal open work permit and my husband is enrolling post secondary program , i'm also eligible to apply EE at this moment. However, i'm still concerned about following issues before applying EE;
1. Can I apply EE by choosing non-accompanying ? ( I will choose "married" for martial status)
2. I'm planning to extend my spousal work permit in next few months so whether it will cause any conflict if i chose to apply EE by non- accompanying.
I hope someone can advise me based on their experience.
