Apply Spouse PR from Outside Canada(proof of documents)

I'm canadian citizen working in USA on TN, My wife is in USA on H1B but she don't have canadian PR.
I'm willing to Apply PR for my wife from outside canada. What Proof's should I need to show that we both come to canada once my wife get PR?

Oh, and if you were not a Canadian citizen (only a PR), you would not have been eligible to sponsor her from outside of Canada.
