My current WP expires in Feb and my PR application is close to being approved.
The timing is such that I will be traveling and returning almost one month before expiry of WP. My employer has already paid the LMIA exemption fee for next year. I want to save the cost of applying for extension for my entire family and will only apply for WP extension for myself.
Will I face any issues at the time of re-entry (less than 30 days in expiry in current WP/TRV)
Can I re-enter Canada on a TRV with an approved-but-not-stamped PR?
Worst case scenario is that I dont get PR and my WP expired, but I and my family can stay on implied status!
