Hi, I would like to apply to PR in Canada and I am looking for suggestions on which will be the best way to try. I have a Bachelor in Business administration degree which is equivalent to 3 years university degree in Canada. I have 8 years of banking experience (NOC : financial sales rep /credit officer). I have a express entry profile and my CRS point is below 400 (with ielts score 7). It seems unless I have a job offer or provincial nomination I wont be able to get ITA in express entry stream as the successful CRS score is always above 430. Is there anyone successful with similar situation /background? If yes, how? Thanks in advance.
