I am 34 years old married with educational back ground of 2 bachelors and 2 Years Masters. My CRS score is around 327 to 350 and 6 factor eligibility score is 70. Shoud i apply for Express Entry and PNP for Immigration? I have a Banking experience of more than 10 years.

Your score is too low to be selected through Express Entry. You would need to have at least another 100 points for that to be possible. You either need to increase your points significantly or you will need to look into PNP programs to see if there are any options for you there.

So you have completed ECA and IELTS? What is your full profile. What is your NOC? If CRS score is really that low then little chance of PNP unless you get a job offer. Need to increase your score. Eligibility score is just to submit the profile.

10021 is NOC code.
ECA is in process and yet to take IELTS however i have counted my score by given at least 6.5 bands to each category of CLB.
I have added the education points of my spouse as she has a masters degree in IT and also added her assumed IELTS score i.e 6.5
I haven't submitted my profile for EE as one of my friends told me not to waste money on ECA and IELTS etc as i dnt stand chance to get Canadian PR against EE or PNP programs.

So everything is hypothetical. Yes, your eligibility score is 70 if you get what you think. Not sure how you get such a low CRS score. Calculate it yourself. You will loose points with age soon. Your NOC is in banking so not sure how in demand that job is given you don’t have Canadian banking experience.
