Apply for Open Work Permit and PR from Live in Caregiver

Hi everyone,
I am live-in Caregiver. I want to apply for my PR card and my OWP in April. I am worried about new changes on February 21, 2015 from CIC work permit process. Do I need an Offer of employment submitted from my current employer for my Open working permit application? I think this one just affect to people who want to have an employer' s specific work permit, so it doesn't affect me. Am I right?
I am also have an other question for my PR card application. Because I apply in April, so do I need to wait for my Notice of Accessment ( option C from CRA) this year ? I have T4 last year and this year already.
Plz help me.

No I don't. I still use the old way, apply through Live-in Caregiver program.
Do anyone know about CPP and EI? My boss doesn't know much about deduction so he didn't deduct appropriate amount of CPP and EI. Is it matter when I apply for Pr because they ask the Statement of Earnings and deduction? Plz help me.

Hi guys, under LCP, ask ko lang po kung meron bang nababalik or nadedeny na application kapag gumamit ka ng post it notes?, kasi ang purpose lang kaya nilagyan is para hindi malito yung IO na magchecheck ng papers, katulad ng nilagyan kung contract ba or LMO ba parang ganun po. May naka experience ba ng ganito pero hindi nman binalik at naging Ok naman? TY po

PR through Live in Caregiver program

Hello there, I was just wondering if you guys have an idea of how long would it take for you to get your permanent resident? I applied last June and got my OWP last September. But I haven't heard nothing about my PR. I also have friends that applied a month or two earlier than me and they got it last October.
