this is not to discourage you...but i think you should have submitted the SOP, as it matters the most in cases when a person has done bachelors and is going for diploma, just to convince the VO.
I have done done my btech and have got admission in Nait for jan 2015 session and will be applying for visa later.....N SOP is my main weapon to convince the VO.
But anyhow, hope for the best and surely u will get ur visa and will meet in Nait...
