hi guys..me also got rejected under spp.
I applied for may intake business management post degree diploma at nlc college bc. I lodged my file at vfs on 28march and firstly high cmmisn didn't gave any decision ..
They asked me for defered LOA at 7may and i have provided them at 8may..after a period of 89days on 24june they give me rejection.
The reason was others..your proposed studies is not reasonable and bla bla.
My profile is
10th-82% 2007
12th-75% 2009
B.E.(electronics nd communications)-62.5% 2013(7backlogs bt cleared at time)
Ielts overall 7 with minimum 6
I know i have not choosen relevant course but i had mentioned clearly on my sop the reason of taking that course..alot of engineers opt for mba or business courses every year and they get visa.
The documents i provided for first time were all according to spp checklist except i have placed sop and parents itr's in addition.

Now i have again applied in general category at delhi vfs on 14th july nd its being under process.
This time all things are same except i have added a strong visa support letter ,covering letter,refusal letter,sponsership affidavit and trv form according to general checklist..wat do u guys think ..do i have a chance this time?? Or its a waste..

gagan.196 you have to apply to a course relevant to your previous studies. you cant come into business course doing B.E . apply for another course relevant to your previous studies youll get your visa

thnx for ur advice prashy..bt bro there are many b.e. guys who change their field nd go into business..i have also asked to nlc clg nd they said that there are already students from b.e. Electronics background..nd also i have strongly explained in my sop nd visa support letter y i am choosing that field..

Go with your relevant studies then if you want to change after you land into Canada. You can certainly do that and it does not affect you in any manner.

No. Its only one time. Next time you need to apply in General category.

If i change my course then vo will see that my intentions are changed according to my sop first nd he thinks i only want to enter canada nd will give me refusal again..tell me y can't i take business course. Alot of engineers do mba or business courses nd they get visa easily..thats y i have written strong support letter this time to convince vo that i really am a genuine student nd want to study..that is my only choice this time.i can't change intentions by changing d course.
