Application stuck at "Processing Submission"

Hello,
I received my ITA in the 14th Draw. After gathering all the documents and filling up the form, I tried to submit today. However, due to some error, my credit card payment did not go through. Now my application is stuck at "Processing Submission". It has been about 1 hour, and no change. I will be calling the CIC call center tomorrow and have already submitted a CSE under Technical Difficulty.

I just wanted to know if anyone else faced this? If yes, then how much time did it take for your application to be restored?

I faced similar issues. It got resolved in 3 hours and I was able to pay the fees later. DOnt worry just wait for some time...

It took 10-12 hours for me and it allowed me to resubmit
