Processing Submission Error after payment failure

Hi
I was trying to submit my permanent residence application yesterday , and made the payment , when my card didnt go through. I sign out , and login back to repay. After I login I saw the status as "processing submission". I called cic and consulted many people , but got no help. Its been more than 24 hours now , and its stuck on this status.
I dont have much days left , and this error doent let me go through.
Anyone facing the same issue?, please suggest what should I do.
