What's the use of this IRCC tracker, mine hasn't updated in months. Now why it takes multiple months to complete one single background check on an individual in this day and age is anyone's guess. This is apparently the only remaining item to be finalized and it's been like this for six months or so which is ridiculous.

It might happen when you are going thro the comprehensive check.
 
Hi everyone, can anyone plz share timeline of ecopr .mine got portal 2 on 17 October so now waiting for ecopr . P2 didn’t suggest from which office it was posted so now any idea from which office I can get ecopr
 
I got an update on October 14th ; It was an activity update for principal applicant :
11 October 2024 : we received your enquiry.

I think that the enquiry is a webform I sent on September 4th.
 
I got an update on tracker on October 18th, just date updated on top right corner.

I have applied for GCMS notes 3 times from last 1 year but not received any of them.

Sent an online request for GCMS notes yesterday from CBSA to explain why there is such a delay in completing one background check on an individual. Ridiculous that the IRCC tracker hasn't moved in six months when this is the only issue that needs to be finalized, IMHO. Let's see how long it takes to get a response from these guys. Not holding my breath here, given the track record.

did you receive your gcms? I applied too, it’s been 35 days and when I followed up since it crossed the avergae processing time they just said it is still in progress.
