Because our sponsor in not valid in point of CHC first wood maternity uncle sponsor his study he is canadian citizen and my sponsor is my real sister :'(

Uncle as a sponsor is allowed but you have to justify that he is actually sponsoring you and it's not just for the sake of visa purpose. This justification is a little difficult but if done correctly, it should not result in refusal yeah, it may delay the case.

Brother/sister as a sponsor is okay.

Well one can't know exactly but they check every case on it's on merits. That's why some cases take longer than others.

In case of university applicants, CHC refuses application in the first 1 month. All those applicants who have waited more than this period have eventually gotten their medical call. Based on this observation, I think your chances of refusal are less now.

inam bhai if you leave pakistan , will you update the sheet from there?

there is nothing to be worried . I sent back my PP on july 31 after my medical exam and Status is same . i called TCS and they transfered my call to their VISA office and they confirmed that there is nothing wrong , PP reached CHC on the same day .I submitted in their isalabad office.

Is there any such observation applicable on college students people have got rejections after months of wait and even got medical after months of wait

It is not a mandatory COOP program, one must have to compete in order to get the COOP Placement!
