The letter states that you must send it back to CHC with your passport otherwise your case might get delayed.

But I dont think that it has any thing relevant in that :S .. just two lines are written on that letter ... inam should we emial CHC that we dint received tht letter with our medical request :S ?

I send only passport no other doc after medical

Wow - I dont read anything of that sort on the letter I have. I applied through a consultant and he just asked me to send back my passport along with the medical receipt but NO letter. Section A, however, was attached with the file they prepared during medical which they must have delivered to CHC.

I didn't receive it either, but I am not going to email.

Don't worry at all, almost everyone hasn't sent it back but only few selected ones
