I have never seen Qorax using this sort of language ..even he is a senior and gives more advise then you do .... knowledge is power but never be disrespectful ... of others ...

I would rather let my visa be rejected but not take advise from a person who can't even say sorry wen its his own fault. I would still say God Bless u and provide u some sense.

What do I have to sorry for? A mistake was made, CIC doesn't accept mistakes. They won't guess, they send the application back. A mother may overlook mistakes by their children, but Gov't departments don't. I think that you need to get a bit of a "thicker skin" if you don't like comments that you don't agree with.

I would be very happy if you posted this comments at that time...... What exactly i have to write as immigration office?....Should it be just "New Delhi", "New Delhi, India", or just "ND".

Application form asks for visa office name specifically and not for country to which the VO belongs. This is clearly the interpretation as far as the question goes. So it is a mistake on ur part in understanding the question,accept it. A mistake is a however a mistake whether silly or blunder.
To many friends it appears silly and a lot of reactions have been posted . But what matters is the view of the CIO sydney and the fact is that they have returned the application.
I think PMM has clarified that he just meant that they wont overlook the error as our mother do because they are professionals in their work and no soft corner for anyone.
So lets not get into this argument anymore by asking for apologies and learning etiquettes.
