Application Processing Times

Somebody posted a link to a CIC Excel spreadsheet a few months ago that had a lot more details on application processing times for different offices. It contained, for example, not only the processing times for 80% of all cases but also for 25% and 50% or so.
Does any one know what I'm talking about and where to find that spreadsheet? I tried using the search function but cant find that thread anymore
