Ok, so we have the appendix B with the photo specifications: we fully understand what is required but i was curious if anyone on here happens to be from Florida or the States that might have a recommendation of where we can go to get these pictures from.
I have emailed a few photographers to see if they are able to accomodate us but wanted to reach out through the forum as well.
Sadly the places like Walmart or Walgreens will not accomodate the specific requirements...
I am not from FL, but PA, and we didn't have anywhere that I could find that could do them in the size specifications I wanted until I went to the post office. I explained what I needed, and why I needed it, and they were more than willing to help me try. The woman who took my picture used the template on Appendix B to make sure it was correct, and had to stand further away then a regular passport picture, but it worked out. When I got him I just used the template and cut around it to make it the correct size.
I know that might not be of great help, but that is what I did. Good luck!
Not too sure if this really works or not but check out this website that i found....

I heard back from a photographer inour area and he wants $50 for the sitting fee, and still seemed a little clear on what we needed (even though i senthim the appendix B to look over)
Anyway we might try this route out... it really appears that as long as you know how to operate a camera and have some editing skills that these can be taken on your own. Its doesnt mention anywhere that they need to be done somewhere specific.
Im going to try it out... stay tuned! Could be a really useful link if it works for us.
I'm not in FL but we are in the USA and I just googled passport photos and the city I'm in and we found a camera place that did them. They also had a list of the different kinds and sizes and prices and we found out that the size we needed they knew as "Standard Visa, European Union Photo 35mm X 45mm" and were the same price as normal passport size. This was also the same place that I was able to get photo's done for my Canadian passport so if there is a place that is able to do those ones around you they might be able to also do the ones for the application.
