Application for csq.

Hello Everyone,

I applied csq in Nov 2016, After points changing issue, My application was closed on Dec 2017. After that, I applied for csq again. Surprisingly, I got csq on Feb 2018 for the first application.(Still It saying administrative close on my Monproject status). And, I applied for federal PR with this csq. Now< I got a mail saying my second application is under process. They gave one month time.

Does my second application affect my federal PR?
Is it possible to close my second application?
