No of people mismatch in csq due to adding baby after csq.

Hi,

I have applied under Quebec skilled worker program in February 2014 including me [primary applicant] and my spouse.
Following is my timeline:

Application time: Feb-2014
AOR: June-2014
CSQ: June-2016

In my CSQ, the no of person field shows the value 2 [for me and my spouse].

After getting CSQ, I sent an update request to add my new born child in August-2016 and I got her csq in Sep-2016.

Now we are total 3 people with csq but in my csq the no of person is only 2.

Does this create any problem in further application to federal?
Please suggest me if I need to take any action regarding this.
