I actually filled up both our application with the same email , Now I am not getting option to change it for one of the application, I havent submitted the applications yet.
Does anybody know how to change the email under contact info in the application ?
Living in Ontario what did you guys submit for the following below proofs for a child,
1) School record (what is accepted) ???
2) Health insurance card (Is OHIP card accepted? it doesn't have photo and address in it right)
3) Hospital or Immunization record (what can be submitted in this case)
I have question regarding Language proof. Which document will work for Language proof. I studied outside of Canada and attended all the courses and degree in english language.
Degree document provide information regarding the course with year of pass but it doesnt mentioned that degree was attended in english language.

I am filling up an online application for my wife and she held 1 passport in the last 5 years. Do I need to scan the entire pages of the passport as it has just asked to scan the bio page? I was checking the document requirements for paper applications and it says all the pages of the passport held in the last year 5 years need to be scanned. I am a little confused.
If someone can help.
Also, is it better to apply by paper application or online?

Online is better.
Paper needs all pages.
Online only bio page.
Many send all pages for online just to avoid IRCC asking about it later. It's your choice.

I have filled up the online form and attached all the documents requested. I do not see anywhere for the physical presence calculator. should I just add it in the optional documents section? How much time is it taking these days to process the online application.

You don’t have to upload a copy . There is option I believe it’s second Last in your account where you have to fill all information and exit and entry dates . It will show you exact dates .
While filling "Add Absence" section What to fill in Reason if we have travelled to US on work( i work in US and a regular commuter). There is one dropdown where it says "Work and Travel(working holiday)" . Do we select that or select the "Other" option and put it in the description( saying that i went to work). Coz i am not sure what is a working holiday in the braces.
