@harnav sra ,one more query what could be possible mistake as foreign experience.??

I can not recall exactly but I think I put foreign work experience as zero then went back and filled 3 or more . As my spouse have 10 plus experience in his legal field . Try it . Use new email account,new GC key everything new . On have u applied before section mention yes with UCI number also mention in ur LOE . Just make small paragraph not detail. U will be good to go ..

But reason mentioned was it didn't fulfilled sec 10 nd 12.01 of IRCC,

Yeah . When u will upload documents under client information u can upload. One more thing . Submit schedule A imm5669i along with your LOE . I was asked . U can upload along with it to save time . If u want .

i am having the same issue

i have created a new profile which says
"your EE has been reviewed and we have determined that you are not longer eligible for EE at this time"
what should i do here?
create another new profile with everything new?

Also , where do you have to submit document to get a refund ?

even i has same issue,even i had same issue and couldn't create a new profile.But as per cic once if a file is rejected we should be able to create new profile.upon rechecking i found the mistake i made,the error i had made was in experience.so kindly recheck that the application again,then it should be
fine.

one doubt did ur profile get cancelled as incomplete???

i did not submit any documents for refund.i just automatically got refunded to the credit card as i paid using credit card.
