My AOR was 1 Dec 2018 nd was expecting MEp today but got biggest shock shock of my life. Got cancelled as incomplete. Reason my husband'sAustralian pcc did not met requirequirement. I m spool disheartened

But reason mentioned was it didn't fulfilled sec 10 nd 12.01 of IRCC,

Section 10 referred as R10 is the completeness check and if your PCC is not as per their requirements then refusal under R10 applies to you.

Also 12-1 is common as I assume your husband whose PCC wasn’t accepted is a dependent applicant. Just check Australia PCC threads on this forum and you will be able to figure out what went missing in yours.

People forgot to get travel history or license history search from Queensland or Victoria. That's a big reason for rejection.

Hello . I created whole new account. New GC key . New account name etc etc . Got ITA on 23 jan . Try filling all info correctly. Firstly even I got it in eligible. Maybe I filled foreign experience wrongly. Don’t worry try filling it calmly and you will get thru. Good luck

Yeah . I mentioned yes . And then filled my UCI number below . I made mistake in uploading my spouse Australia pcc . I was to upload Australia federal police pcc instead I uploaded Victoria state police pcc .
