Visit Finger printing section at Alagbon. Cost can range anywhere from 3k to 10k.
Ignore those road touts that will try and take advantage. Just ask for directions to the finger print section and say you want to see a friend that works there.

its either Educational Transcripts or Certificates. IMHO Certificate surpases transcripts. so just upload your certificates alongside ECA. As for POF, is hubby the PA? if yes then the POF is fine if 100% is in hubby's acct. But if you're the PA, consider having the totality of POF in your own account or split between your account and hubby's in a 60:40 ratio PA:Spouse.
Please add your academic transcript under education section. for the POF who is the principal applicant? I suggest it should be in the account of the PA

It doesn't matter where the money is PA or dependant's account, as long as the money is in a person mentioned in the application. My POF was in my wife's account which we used as savings account, even though she was a non-accompanying, no issue was raised. By the time you start moving money from here to there, it might raise suspension. Just leave it where it is and present all your accounts.

I went to the High Commission and they said that you need a letter from CIC. But CIC requires PCC for the application to be submitted!! Thoroughly confused
it's strictly depends on individual case, but has ur application been closed and approved" otherwise it's after what that u should expect it a PUM. Hope it helps.
