another GU today
(GU1 after BIO completed, GU2 on 1st Dec GU3 3rd Dec).
But the BG status is still the same "We are processing your background check "......lol no wonder there is no uniformity in the updates.
Long shot..... but anyone else with similar changes in the profile? any good speculations

exactly the reason I asked the question...I don't know what it means...BG status is still the same across all updates which is confusing. I understand it may be progressing and someone is working but the static BG status is a little strange.
AOR 31st Oct, also in my signature....received the second Gu on 1st Dec (this is where I was expecting the BG to change "in process") and the third on 3rd Dec. BG still "processing".
I'll say this as many times as needed. GUs mean absolutely nothing. Getting one doesn't mean your app is getting processed faster, and not getting one doesn't mean nobody is working on it.
GUs were relevant before 2017, but they are meaningless now.

No it's not. You will see no changes till your get your RFV, unless you get an ADR.
Hello all.. I have Received "Ready for Visa" mail in my email account. But the email is badly formatted and there is no authorized signature. However the mail is from IRCC.CIO-BRCD.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
Is this the passport letter mail? I am confused as I do not have any updates in the GC account and my background check and review is still as in progress.

I was issued a 221 G Yellow slip for B1/B2 Visa for the USA, But finally got approved after submitting additional documents I have not declared it as a refusal on my EE PR Application. Now I am worried a lot because How IRCC will consider this? Should I submit a web form or It's not a problem? Please reply. Thanks
