Is this a known fact or a speculation? (an honest question, not trying to be an ass
I was wondering if certain countries (UK in my case) are being processed faster because of easier access to information, close ties, belong to Commonwealth, members of Five Eyes, etc.
Are you sure? What if it means that their application is cancelled? I once heard from a friend of a friend's aunt's dad that "in progress" means "cancelled". I'm pretty sure that's the case here, since my source is rock solid.
I wish this guy luck in a future application because this one is either cancelled (99% probability), or delayed by at least 24 MORE months (1% probability). It's the only logical explanation.
Folks, just saw the second GU on my profile today. The first one was the next day of MEP and BIL.
Although the BG status has not moved from "We are processing your background check "

But the BG status is still the same "We are processing your background check "......lol no wonder there is no uniformity in the updates.
Long shot..... but anyone else with similar changes in the profile? any good speculations
