So I finally got my GCMS notes from CBSA after I had lodged a formal complaint online . They have not touched my file since Jan 25,2023. Even though my Background Verification shows "In Progress" on tracker , Eligibility and Security shows " Not Started" which is the same status from a month ago when I had received GCMS notes from IRCC

What does this mean "Eligibility- review required"
The application is well within the standard processing time line at this moment, however over the phone, the agent told eligibility status is "review required".
Does one need to do anything for this or wait for IRCC to get back?

So i guess we both are in same boat now. Mine is also Centralized Intake Office , and no update since 9th Jan 2023. What should we do in such situation.
Profile update today (May 16th). Everything has been marked as Completed and the following can be read under History:
"May 15, 2023
Activity status updated: Background verification
Background verification
Background verification status has been updated to Completed."
They are working on my husband's background check as we speak and the following message can be read under History:

I got a ghost update in GCKey Today! No updates in Tracker yet. Will be impatiently waiting for tomorrow!

I'm hoping that means all the other stages have finally been finalized and they're sending the medicals off for an extension so they can send the golden email!

Edit: Just got off the phone to IRCC - Everything else has been marked as complete/recommended pass, they just need to review the results of the medical again. Should be getting an email soon she said!

It's happening, man! It was about time! I'm seeing A LOT of activities on my application as well, so I guess they remembered that between October and December there's a month called November and decided to work on that XD
