My eligibility on tracker just got updated from "Not Started" to "Complete" O.O Latest update is now showing today's date (05/12). No changes on GCKey Portal

Your dependent's eligibility would stay that way even after you get your passports stamped. Don't worry about it.

It appears they do batch updates as well as updates when something happens on your account, as people who have had their eCOPR updated or status changed to in progress / completed etc shows the updated date on that day as well. For me, I applied for a BOWP on the 2rd of May and they updated my email address on my account on the 4th of May- which is reflected on the Tracker as the last updated date.

It's quite possible that yours just hasn't had any updates or been worked on since the last batch update.

My tracker got updated yesterday.
I spoke to an agent the day before, is it anything related to my call to IRCC and hence this update under my activity timeline?

I'm honestly not sure, but I think it means exactly that. You sent a request/document and they said they received it.

Considering my case alone I'd say yes. Talking to two friends who have had their processes finished already, they told me that nothing on GCKey portal shows "completed" until your passport request email is sent (except for medicals and biometrics).
