The VO is mostly hong kong as my current country of residence is China. We have to submi the passport to Beijing visa application center.

Dear All,

Got my AOR in July. But my EE profile has expired and I had to create a new profile. In my previous EE, my wife was not a co applicant but could have moved with me to Canada. Now in the new EE, if my wife is to join me in Canada, she has to be assessed also. This has lead to my CRS score dropping from 405 to 387. Please urgently advise what can be done?

as per my lawyer, it's taking 6-8months now at least for cic to finalize applications. I am pnp inland. I hope it takes less time than that.

I am a FSW Inland Applicant, AOR May 4.

Background check went "In process" for the first time since May 18. Schedule A was requested on June 2nd and nothing changed after that.

Background Check is still In Progress.

ATIP Notes (from August - I ordered new ones today):

Elegibility: Met
Security: Not Started
Criminality: In progress
Medical: Passed

I have seen many cases where the applicant had the background check changed for a second time, and that could be good news. Anyone else have bg check still in progress since the first time?

Is that common for FSW Inland applicants?

Gonna hit 4.5 months this sunday... I still havent heard anything. Seeing everyone's background change to In Progress makes me a bit worried

Hey I am FSW inland,mine is as follow!
Bc went not started from not needed,medical pass same day on 25 may!
Bc went not needed from not started on 7 june,as per my Gcms notes this day A 11 met!
Bc goes in progress from not needed on 8 sep with rprf request!

I assume each case is different and rest on officer how he handle that!
So dnt worry I wish we all will be through soon!

I believe it is Ottawa VO. Since the time of mail is 3.30PM EDT.

Does it make any difference or any pre-cursors?

Yesterday my BG changed to in progress for second time without any email till now.

It's a good sign to have RPRF request.

Have you received RPRF request from NDVO or Ottawa?
