I would try to get in touch with CIC ASAP. In my country, they do not let us take our passports before we sign it. That's weird you can get it without signing. I hope you can solve this. Waiting for PPR for so long and now this. Keep us posted!

Yours is not case-specific.
so you don't have to worry; be relaxed.

Do not worry Shibaak, It is not a problem. Actually, I think if you provided the photo of your passport without signature in your application, it is better that your passport matches. I remember that the first time I got Canadian visa, I had not signed my passport and the embassy issued my visa. I signed my passport when I was in Canada. This is my experience.

ITA received on: July 17th, 2015
AOR Sept 12th, 2015
Sept 18th, 2015 Document Requested (FBI Background Check and other countries)
Sept 19th, Medical pass
Oct 20th Right of permanent residence fee request
Oct 21st receipt received
Nov 11th FBI Background check received and submitted
February 9th Background check under process
February 11th Send passport

I am an outland applicant. The email came from Ottawa, I guess. I live in Riyadh.

I have a question for all of the people who've got their email. I need a visa to enter Canada, so what should I submit: Passport, Appendix A and pictures? that's it, right? no further documents needed?
