This is my time line:

Profile created on: 18/06/15
PR application submitted: 19/06/15
ITA received on: July 17th, 2015
AOR Sept 12th, 2015
Sept 18th, 2015 Document Requested (FBI Background Check and other countries)
Sept 19th, Medical pass
Oct 20th Right of permanent residence fee request
Oct 21st receipt received
Nov 11th FBI Background check received and submitted
February 9th Background check under process
February 11th Send passport

I am an outland applicant. The email came from Ottawa, I guess. I live in Riyadh.

I have a question for all of the people who've got their email. I need a visa to enter Canada, so what should I submit: Passport, Appendix A and pictures? that's it, right? no further documents needed?

Congrats. You should have the visa office to send, mentioned in the instructions. It cannot be CIC office in Canada. It has to be Saudia Arabia.

When you send original passport and you are not visa exempt, you get a single entry trv stamped on your passport which is good for landing with in the expiry period.

Meds Passed - 20th Nov (As X-Ray was deferred for Wife due to Pregnancy)
RRPF Requested - 20th Oct and Paid - 24th Oct

As far as whatever I have read in forums for Inland applicants it is always "In Progress" from almost beginning in most cases. For Outland on the other hand it turns to "In Progress" almost near the time of receipt of PPR.
