According to my consultant this is my current profile status.

ITA-17 JULY
APP SUBMITTED-4 SEPT
AOR-5 SEPT
MEDICAL PASSED-15 SEPT

I can only see on ECAS 3lines when I check.

1.We received your application for permanent residence on September 4, 2015.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 5, 2015.
3.We started processing your application on September 9, 2015.

Are these forms really required or any explanation letter is needed?

I got the same request just next day after submission.
Print, sign and scan then upload schedule 4. In case of schedule 4a, it's for nominated people in Business. If you are not nominated in Business category then write a LOE that schedule 4A is not for you and attach your nomination letter.

Hi All,

After 19 sep when my medical changed to passed, I finally got some movement in my cic account, today . They have asked for schedule A form. Would be submitting by tomorrow.

My details are in the sheet already. Just an overview, I am PNP applicant from India, submiited my application on 14 sep.

Just filed a CSE to update CIC for my AINP nomination.

Hassh!! Got my medicals passed today ;D...I did not receive any mail, just looked at my cic and found it there..no update is ECAS yet

We have same time lines, got my medicals passed today ...AOR on 14th ..application under OOPNP...but I am INLAND.

Noticed this second time since last few days, application status is shown as "UPDATED" but there is no visible change in any of the status. Once I have seen the application then status reverts to "READ". Anyone noticed this with their application in MyCIC?

It happened once to me, i think when it says updated an officer has opened your file and worked on it, and once you click, it goes back to read cause you have clicked on it.
