Some get it within a week and some after 1 month. There is nothing to worry.

I am in the same boat, waiting for medicals to pass. However, in your case have you checked with the clinic where you had your medicals done? "Not needed at this time" may mean that CIC has not received your medicals (I think it is mentioned on the help page that opens after clicking on ? next to the status).

Hassh!! Got my medicals passed today ;D...I did not receive any mail, just looked at my cic and found it there..no update is ECAS yet

i just called my doctor place and they said they submitted it on 30 september

Oh yes !! I did get a mail one day later...I thot some good news ..but there was nothing to be happy about.. I am waiting for RPRF request now (Silly me !! didnt pay it along with the app fee)
